My favorite undergarment would be a custom made bra if I had one. You know how we all have those "If I won the lottery" fantasies? Mine includes custom tailored lingerie. Yes, I feel it's worth it. However, I've never considered making my own... and suddenly have this "duh" feeling coming over me. ;-)

I would say my favourite piece of lingerie are slips. I love the few slips I have and have my eye on a few vintage ones for when I have a bit of spending money. I love ones that have a little bit of lace around the neckline and bottom hem. They are just so feminine and comfy for relaxing in after a long day.

I have a few pieces of lingerie I like, but it's hard to find confortable things with a vintage appeal to them. Actually, it's very hard to find things with vintage appeal. I do have one bra, though. I bought it when I lived in Belgium. It's a black satin bra, and though it is not a bullet bra per se, it is kinda pointy. It does the trick under sweaters. It also has a pink bow in the center and pink enbroidery in each cup.

My favourite piece of lingere is the perfect slip... peachy or creamy, form fitting but not stretchy or tight, and just the right amount of lace to be pretty without looking like it was made to seduce a man.

I love my petticoats! Followed by a beautiful cream slip I have with lace in just the right places.
That's a lovely pattern, really! My favourite piece of lingerie, one I'd love to have, is a custom-made corset. They're so beautiful and do great things to the figure...My back would probably appreciate it, too. ;)
I love slips, and half slips. ON my long and very ignored list of things to sew is a cotton half slip because the polyester one I have is too hot in the summer.
