These three stood out as the very best ones and it made me so happy to have them all together like a little Western-pattern family.
From left to right, McCall 1297 is a Misses' Western Shirt that (when complete) comes with the embroidery transfer you see in the photo backgrounds. Notice the darling curved welt shirt pockets!
McCall 6089 is a very rare bird indeed. It makes a set of Ranch Pants that feature a side-button closure, belted waist, and inset pockets. These are perfect for both riding and loungewear. A version of this pattern is now available from Mrs. Depew Vintage!
McCall 1480 is a Men's Western shirt pattern, much like 1297 to the left. Note the gorgeous shaped sleeve cuffs and more masculine cactus-flower embroidery motif.
How about you? If you could choose one of these classics for your closet, which would you make?
